The key to
fat burning foods is the high fiber found in many fruits,
vegetables and whole grains. It takes
more calories to burn fiber than fat so foods that are rich in natural
fiber will boost your metabolism as a by-product of digestion.
Carbs
are not off limit because complex carbs usually contain foods that
are rich in fiber. Replace complex carbs in your diet instead of junk food and you'll lose weight without feeling
starved or deprived.
Whole grains are high
fiber foods that help burn fat. Whole grains also lower
cholesterol and aide in waste elimination.
Fruits and vegetable tend to be high fiber and low fat. A
diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains will
