High Fiber Foods That Burn the Most Calories

The key to fat burning foods is the high fiber found in many fruits, vegetables and whole grains. It takes more calories to burn fiber than fat so foods that are rich in natural fiber will boost your metabolism as a by-product of digestion.

Carbs are not off limit because complex carbs usually contain foods that are rich in fiber. Replace complex carbs in your diet instead of junk food and you'll lose weight without feeling starved or deprived.

Whole grains are high fiber foods that help burn fat. Whole grains also lower cholesterol and aide in waste elimination.

Fruits and vegetable tend to be high fiber and low fat. A diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains will enable you to lose weight without feeling deprived because these foods are bulky and make you feel full and satisfied. They scrub fat cells and eliminate excess water so you will be able to eat more calories throughout the day and lose weight.

Plan 5 or 6 small meals through the day with fat burning veggies, fruits and whole grains and watch the weight fall off.

Drink at least eight - 8 ounce serving of water each day to aide the fat burning fiber. Water helps remove waste from cells and increases your body's ability to burn more fat.
