How to Lose 50 lbs (pounds) Fast
I am 50 lbs over-weight and I need to
lose this weight fast. I can’t stand the way I look and I
hate looking at myself in the mirror. I finally got the
determination to do whatever it takes to get these pounds
off. I need your help. What should I do?

Dear Alice,
I can hear the frustration in your
email. You made the one statement that matters most. You
said you would do whatever it takes to get rid of those
excess pounds. You have to have a well thought out plan to
lose 50 lbs and it will take at least 7 months to get rid of
the weight but here is what I want you to do:

Plan each meal.
Write down all your meals and stay within 1200 to 1400
calories per day. Eat 5 small meals at about 200 to 300
calories each.

Eat 1 serving of
lean meat with one or two vegetables for at least 2 of
your meals. Avoid cream sauces. You can add a teaspoon
of butter with seasoning to your veggies.

Walk 25 minutes a
day at a fast pace. If you don’t have much time, try
walking during your lunch break. Make sure that you walk
at a fast pace. Strive for 5 to 6 walking sessions per
week.

Start the day
with either oatmeal or whole grain cereal. Also, try a
small serving of black berries or raspberries or both
and sprinkle with a packet of Splenda. Berries are great
fat flushing fruits with minimum calories.

Drink 64 ounces
of water each day. Water helps flush out waste and fatty
deposits.
