The Weight Watcher Diet is a
low fat diet that has been around for a long time.
It is comprised of staying within your points. Each
food is assigned points and staying with your point
allotment will make you lose weight.
Weight Watchers also has frozen
meals and desserts with pre-assigned points that can
be purchased in many grocery stores. Since the
Weight Watcher point system is another way of
counting calories without all the extra digits.
Typically 1 point is assigned to foods that are
about 100 calories. A 500 calorie food item would be
assigned 5 points.
Weight Watchers stresses eating
healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and lean
meats. They also have support groups that meet
regularly if you choose to join.

Weight Watcher is a very sensible diet plan because
it sticks to the basics of calorie control and uses
the point system as an easy way to keep track of
daily calories. It doesn’t exclude healthy foods
like some other popular diets and if you wish, you
can purchase frozen dinners better known as “Smart
Ones” from your local grocery to help keep you on
track.
